The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to your community.

SASSA might be rendering solutions like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency claimed it is alarmed in regards to the high variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at sassa Fernie and there's no fully functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The support issue developed for intervention activities a high influx of probable beneficiaries, that makes it tough to the Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional resources to help the servicing of all clients and raise use of Social Assistance SRD solutions,” the agency said.
